Industry Consultation & Feedback

We firmly believe that consultation with, and feedback from, contractors are vitally important to the quality, continuous improvement and practical applicability of the Kims Program – After all – you are the ones the are practically working with it!!
 
Over the past 6 years we have emphasized the needs of contractors through continuously requesting suggestions and feedback to ensure that we make the Kims Program as effortless and cost effective as possible, but, more importantly keeping it practically applicable.
 
The accompanying graphs reflects a brief summary of the feedback received over the 6 years.
 
Note: We actually encourage our customers to criticize as that is the best way that we can continuously improve!!

A whopping 93% of attendees felt that the Kims Program has a Substantial / major benefit for their company whilst none of them saw none or little benefit!

Although the quality of the workshop material rated a high 86% good / excellent, we were not satisfied and revised and improved our material to be more compatible to the expectations of the contractors.

 

Note that +- 90% of these responses were before the Kims Software when we were still doing the implementations the “Traditional way” without the benefit of the Software.

 

 

Relevance of the Content of the Program

The content of the Program also rated a high 87%, but this is increasing dramatically with the use of the Kims Software.
