Kimomanzi Integrated Management System (Kims): Benefit  Approach

Pillars 5 - Benefit 2

Approach Solely from a Business Benefit Perspective

If there is no practical business benefit – IT DOES NOT BELONG!

Our approach is from a business perspective – our business model is built into our Kims software although you are free to modify it to suit you.

Benefits come from practical operational execution, not from reams of theoretical documents

(See benefits that current customers got)

Your management system must work for the business – not the business working for the management system.

Note that the document management has the biggest impact, which is a result of everything being more organised & structured, leading to use of correct documents, less mislaid/missing documents, etc.

Second is the improved project planning which reduces the “on the run” doing of things and thereby saving time and cost.
